| Mr. Arun Mahajan has more than 15 years of machine tool experience. Before joining AMT in September 2007, Mr. Mahajan worked as a Regional Manager for M/s Francis Klein and Co., a major national machine tool manufacturer & agent / distribution company in India. He has hands on experience in marketing, business development, sales & service operations, and customer relationship management. He has been closely associated with Indian automobile companies and worked with key people responsible for new projects. |

He has experience with sales activity, from inquiry generation, to making technical presentations, to price negotiations, as well as all post-order project management activities such as project scheduling, design approvals, and final machine acceptance.
Mr. Mahajan also has automobile component manufacturing experience, and was responsible for design and product development activities. He is a mechanical engineer with specialization in tool engineering. In addition to his technical background, he is a Post Graduate in Marketing Management. |

| Mr. Antony Prakash is a Mechanical Engineer with 13 years of field experience as a Service Engineer with Francis Klein & Co a leading Machine Tool Manufacturer / Distributor in India and before joining AMT in March 2009 he has worked as Asst Manager in Sales & Service for GF AGIECHARMILLES a Swiss base company who are leaders in EDM Machine Tool Manufacturing Technology. |

| He has experience in Installation and commissioning of various Tool room machineries and Special purpose machines such as Engine cylinder block honing, Gun drilling,Super finishing and other production machines. He also has good experience in applications involving component prove out and general maintenance/ trouble shooting in mechanical & electrical field. |
